MIDC plots on leasehold basis for industrial use.

• MIDC considers the application for transfer of leasehold rights of the MIDC Plot to the new user if there are a minimum 40% construction and utilization and also subject to various other conditions.

• MIDC needs various documents from the Transferor and the Transferee in order to consider the application.

• Type of Transfer of Plots are given below and details of documents which are needed/required by MIDC to consider the application will be given after confirmation of consultancy quotation:

CHANGE IN NAME OF COMPANY:

​

1. Request letter of original Licensee/Lessee for change in name of the company

2. Request letter of Transferee Company for change in name of the company

3. Copy of BCC.

4. No Dues Certificate for water from the Executive Engineer/Dy. Engineer (SPA) MIDC.

5. No Dues Certificate regarding property tax.

6. No Objection Certificate from the Financial Institution/Bank, (if the plot is mortgaged with the permission of MIDC.)

7. Certified copy of the Incorporation Certificate issued by the Registrar of Companies regarding the change in the name of the Company.

8. Copy of Board Resolution to change in the name of the company and to authorize the Director/s of the Company to sign & execute the documents and to affix the seal of the Company as per the Memorandum & Article of Association along with a copy of Memorandum & Article of Association.

9. C.A Certificate certifying the authorized share capital & paid-up capital of the company before & after the change in name of the company. CA Certificate is also indicating the shareholding pattern of Company from the date of transfer allotment/transfer till date.

10. Copy of On-line application to MIDC.

11. Declaration on Form No. A & B.

12. Copy of upto date Lease Rent Paid Receipt.​

Following Steps are normally followed for completion of the transfer process of MIDC Plots:

​

1. Online Application, Uploading documents and submission of form in MIDC portal,

2. Survey of plot,

3. Online demand letter will be generated and the owner has to pay legal fees,

4. Final order of Transfer of plot will be generated in your portal.

TRANSFER LEGAL CHARGES:

​

Approximate legal charges for Transfer of Plot will be as per the following calculation:

​

Current Industrial Rate + R/W charges - Last Transfer Rate X Area of Plot X 10%

​

The entire transfer process gets completed once the deed is executed and a copy of the deed is submitted to MIDC.
