1. MIDC has issued certain guidelines for resale of MIDC plot, Industrial Galas, Industrial Sheds, etc.

2. As per MIDC norms, after successful completion of the deal between buyer and seller, MIDC accepts the transfer application only if there is minimum 40% Construction and Building Completion Certificate and the plot has been utilized for intended industrial use. 

3. MIDC follows a set procedure throughout Maharashtra for transfer of the leasehold rights and the document required for buyer and seller is as follows:

SELLER DOCUMENTS

1. Request Letter to MIDC,

2. Board Resolution (If Pvt. Ltd.),

3. No Dues Certificate / Latest Paid Water bill,

4. Up to date Lease Rent Receipt,

5. Latest paid Property Tax,

6. No Encroachment Certificate,

7. NOC from Labour Commissioner,

8. NOC from Financial Institution (if Property mortgaged),

9. Online Application for transfer of leasehold rights,

10. Form"A" & "B".

BUYER DOCUMENTS

1. Request Letter to MIDC,

2. Board Resolution (If Pvt. Ltd.),

3. MIDC Application Form,

4. MOA (if Pvt. Ltd.) / Partnership Deal(If Partnership Firm),

5. C.A. Certificate (if Pvt. Ltd),

6. Project Report.

The entire process takes about 2 – 3 months for obtaining MIDC Transfer Order and execution of Deed of Assignment.
