DESCRIPTION FOR MPCB CONSENT:

Maharashtra Pollution Control Board(MPCB) Consent is granted according to the zones(Green / Orange / Red). There are two types of approvals which has to be taken at the time of Plan Approval and Building Completion Certificate:

1. MPCB consent to establish: For obtaining MPCB consent to establish online application has to be applied through SWC MIDC portal for the respective category. Following documents are required for applying MPCB consent:

  • Pan Card of Owner (Prop/Partner/Director)

  • Aadhar Card of Above

  • Pan Card of Industry (if firm/company)

  • Land (Unit) Ownership Viz Index2/Rent Agreement/Else

  • MIDC/LocalBody NOC/ShopLicense/Else

  • SSI/MSME/Udyog Aadhar

  • Mpcb Consent (if any)

  • GST IN

  • CA CERTIFICATE/Balance Sheet (For Fixed Assets Investment showing purchase cost of Land, Building, Plant & Machinery and Equipment).

  • Detailed Manufacturing Process with Flow Chart (on letter head with stamp & sign)

  • Raw Materials & Products to be manufactured with Qty/Month (on letter head with stamp & sign)

  • Requirements of Water, if any, with Purpose & Qty/Day

  • Details of DG SET,Chimney,Boiler, Furnace, Fuel Requirements etc. (if any)

  • Mobile No & Email Id for OTP & Verification

  • Maitri Portal's Login Id & Password (if registered)

After applying, the application fee has to be paid which will be generated online as per your plot size. After applying within 20 days you will receive MPCB consent to establish.

2. MPCB Consent to operate: For obtaining MPCB consent to operate online application is to be applied through your MIDC portal and the factory setup has to be completed. The site inspection will be done by Maharashtra Pollution Control Board(MPCB) authority and after approval MPCB consent to operate will be issued online.
