DETAILS FOR COMPANY REGISTRATION:

Your form has been successfully submitted.

Company Registration includes the following services:

  • Memorandum Of Understanding: It is done between buyer and seller and conditions are put regarding buying and selling of plot by mutual consent.

  • Deed of Assignment: It is done between the buyer and seller in order to execute the stamp duty and registration process. Stamp duty and the registration fee are calculated as 5% of the market value of the plot.

After completion of the Deed of Assignment, you can apply for Transfer of Plot.
